Good Morning.
My day starts out just like Bev’s. I prick a finger, draw some blood, and see what my number is. Lately the numbers have been higher than I would like. Why? It could be the congestion cold that stuck around for two weeks. Chicken noodle soup isn’t exactly low carb. It could be that I haven’t exercised for a month. See congestion cold listed above.
